McDonald’s has begun testing a new artificial intelligence system for handling drive-thru orders and supporting restaurant operations. The technology, called ArchIQ and nicknamed “Archy,” was unveiled at the company’s Worldwide Convention in Las Vegas.
The decision comes as India emerges as the world’s largest GCC market.
