Geist Serif

Vercel has released Geist Serif, a new high-contrast display serif typeface that joins the existing Geist family (Geist Sans, Geist Mono, and Geist Pixel). The typeface features fine, saw-toothed serifs and sharp hairlines optimized for modern high-density screens, drawing inspiration from editorial design and magazine typography rather than vintage computer aesthetics. Geist Serif was designed as a complementary headline voice to Geist Sans while maintaining design consistency across the typeface system.
