Unicode 18.0.0 Beta

Unicode 18.0.0 adds 13,007 new characters for a total of 172,808 characters, including three new scripts: Proto-Cuneiform numerals, Jurchen, and Small Seal. Five synchronized Unicode Technical Standards covering collation, security, URL processing, emoji, and link detection have also been updated to Version 18.0, with some changes potentially requiring modifications to existing implementations.
