SQLAlchemy 2.1.0 Released

SQLAlchemy 2.1.0 is now available as the first production release of version 2.1, which will become the default version for new pip installations. Major changes include making the greenlet dependency optional for asyncio features, changing default database drivers for PostgreSQL and Oracle, requiring Python 3.11 as the minimum version, and adding new features like T-Strings support, CREATE VIEW/TABLE AS support, and Microsoft SQL Server Driver support. The upgrade from 2.0 is expected to be less disruptive than the original 2.0 migration, though some workflow adjustments may still be necessary.
