Qt An E2EE post-quantum messenger core in Rust (10k connections on 124MB RAM
Qt is a technical prototype of an end-to-end encrypted messenger core written in Rust that implements post-quantum cryptographic protocols (X3DH, PQXDH, Double Ratchet, and Noise Protocol) with the goal of creating communication infrastructure resistant to backdoors and surveillance. The project aims to address privacy concerns by using cryptographic key-based identity instead of phone numbers and open-source code for transparency, though it is explicitly not a finished product ready for real-world use. The prototype can support 10,000 connections on just 124MB of RAM and includes automated tests to verify its cryptographic implementations actually work as intended.
