Pollen Robotics (Hugging Face) Microduck

Pollen Robotics (in partnership with Hugging Face) is launching the Microduck, a 25 cm open-source biped robot priced at $399 that users can train using reinforcement learning through simulation and deploy on the physical device. Pre-orders open August 27, 2026, with delivery before Christmas 2026, and the robot comes ready to play out of the box with pre-programmed behaviors like walking, sitting, kicking, and getting back up that users can retrain and customize on their own machines.
