The first wired XR glasses powered by Android XR

Google and XREAL have launched XREAL AURA, the first wired XR glasses powered by Android XR, featuring transparent lenses that let users see their surroundings while viewing projected apps and content. The lightweight glasses (under 95 grams) connect via cable to a portable compute device and integrate Google's Gemini AI assistant to help with tasks across apps and documents. Orders are now available in the U.S., Canada, and Korea, with Japan following on November 2.
