Expanding our partnership with GSA to bring Claude to all levels of government

Anthropic is expanding its partnership with the General Services Administration to offer government agencies a 40% discount on Claude products across all platforms, estimated to save the government $1 billion. The agreement covers federal, state, local, tribal, and territorial governments with no minimum spending requirement, and includes a dedicated implementation program to help agencies adopt Claude. Since February, government usage of Claude has grown significantly, with approximately 500 U.S. government organizations now using the AI tool to tackle challenges like managing backlogs, modernizing legacy code, and responding to cybersecurity threats.
