Incremental rust builds up to 92x faster than cargo/rustc

Blaze is a new Rust build tool that achieves incremental builds up to 92x faster than standard cargo by compiling only changed functions and writing them into memory rather than relinking the entire project from scratch. Available for macOS Apple Silicon and Linux, it uses the same commands as cargo but prefixed with "blaze" and can rebuild projects in milliseconds after code edits. The tool runs alongside cargo, keeping projects compiled in memory, and enables near-instantaneous feedback during development with approximately 20 milliseconds from file save to running updated code.
