Webradio server – broadcasts audio source to clients

This project, funded by NGI Zero Core, provides a web radio server tool called tau-tower that broadcasts audio streams captured by tau-radio to multiple clients via HTML5 audio streams, similar to Icecast software. The tool is designed to run on remote servers (AWS, Digital Ocean, VPS) and can be installed via Cargo, with configuration handled through a TOML file that sets listening/broadcast ports and optional CORS permissions. The streaming pipeline captures audio from local system devices and transmits it through tau-tower to web clients, with optional integration into live terminal streams via Asciinema.
