Nordstjernen, Northstar, Southstar: minimalist webbrowsers in C and Rust

Nordstjernen is a minimalist web browser written in C that supports HTML and CSS standards across multiple operating systems, with two companion versions: Northstar (also in C) and Southstar (written in Rust). Recent releases added features like hardware video decoding, improved security through process-per-tab sandboxing, and strong standards compliance, passing 91.5% of HTML/DOM/URL tests and 73.2% of CSS tests. The core engine consists of approximately 245,000 lines of code, designed to be small and auditable while supporting modern web capabilities like WebGL, WebGPU, and Service Workers.
