Uhubctl – control USB power per-port on smart USB hubs

Uhubctl is a utility that controls USB power on a per-port basis for smart USB hubs that support this feature. The tool was inspired by earlier code and works with a limited but growing list of compatible USB hubs from manufacturers like AmazonBasics, Apple, Belkin, and others, though many hubs do not correctly implement per-port power switching capability.
