Tunecat: Simple Internet Radio

Tunecat is a lightweight, open-source internet radio application written in Go that streams pre-transcoded Opus audio files to IRC channels without requiring external dependencies or real-time transcoding. The project includes a demo instance serving classical music to an IRC network and provides tools like an opusify script for converting audio files to Opus 128 kbps format. It supports basic ICY protocol and TLS client certificates for IRC authentication, making it simple to deploy as a standalone service.
