Show HN: Make PDFs look scanned (CLI or in the browser via WASM)

A new open-source tool transforms PDFs to look like physical scans by applying effects such as skew, grayscale conversion, paper tone, grain, blur, and JPEG compression artifacts. Available as both a CLI tool and a browser-based WebAssembly application, it rasterizes PDF pages, applies customizable effects through a pipeline, and reassembles them into image-only PDFs while maintaining deterministic output through content-based seeding. The tool is licensed under AGPL-3.0 for the CLI and uses Apache-licensed PDF.js for the browser version.
