Inkling 2 Small

Anthropic has introduced Inkling 2 Small, a new Mixture-of-Experts AI model with 594B total parameters and 17B active parameters that supports image inputs and achieves a score of 31 on the Artificial Analysis Intelligence Index. The model demonstrates significant improvements in agentic coding, vision, knowledge work, and reasoning, with enhanced capabilities for long-horizon autonomous tasks like building interactive websites, games, and 3D designs. Inkling 2 Small is initially available through Tinker with closed weights, with plans to release full weights under an Apache 2.0 license following external safety testing.
