RFC 10015: Deprecating Obsolete Key Exchange Methods in TLS 1.2 and DTLS 1.2

RFC 10015 deprecates the use of Diffie-Hellman over finite fields and RSA key exchange methods in TLS 1.2 and DTLS 1.2, while discouraging static Elliptic Curve Diffie-Hellman cipher suites. The deprecation applies only to (D)TLS 1.2, as earlier versions are already deprecated and TLS 1.3 does not use the affected algorithms.
