pgrust passes 100% of the Postgres regression tests

pgrust, a PostgreSQL rewrite in Rust, has successfully passed 100% of PostgreSQL's regression and isolation tests while maintaining disk compatibility with Postgres 18.3. The project aims to make PostgreSQL's codebase easier to modify and maintain by leveraging Rust and AI-assisted programming, though it is not yet production-ready or performance-optimized and cannot run existing Postgres extensions.
