Perspec 1.0, a desktop application for correcting image perspective primarily designed for photos of documents and receipts, has been released after 9 years of development. The creator built it as an alternative to mobile scanning apps, offering better file efficiency (using PNG instead of JPEG), more precise editing with keyboard and mouse controls on a larger screen, and an improved document detection algorithm tailored for high-resolution photos.
