The nearly two-month development cycle was longer than usual because the team's growth and increased work volume required simultaneously rebuilding both OpenClaw's foundation and its release process. The update prioritizes getting users to their first useful conversation faster by simplifying installation to leverage existing subscriptions and local models, and rebuilding the browser app as a first-class experience.
