Omacom Foundation Launches with $8M
The Omacom Foundation has launched with $8 million in funding from eight tech industry leaders including Tobi Lütke, Patrick Collison, Michael Dell, and Jack Dorsey, each contributing $1 million. The nonprofit foundation will support the development and broader availability of Omarchy Quattro, a malleable computer platform, by managing trademarks, funding infrastructure, and supporting open-source projects. The founder states the funding represents both financial resources and industry validation for their mission to fundamentally transform how people interact with computers.
