Nvidia Cosmos 3
NVIDIA has released Cosmos 3, a unified foundation model for physical AI that combines physical reasoning, world generation, and action generation in a single open-source model to help robots, autonomous vehicles, and smart systems understand and interact with their environments. The model comes in two versions—Cosmos 3 Nano (16B parameters) for efficient inference on workstations and Cosmos 3 Super (64B parameters) for datacenter deployment—with a two-tower architecture that uses a vision-language "reasoner" to interpret observations and a "generator" to produce physics-aware predictions and actions. NVIDIA is open-sourcing the models, training scripts, datasets, and deployment tools to advance physical AI development across robotics, autonomous driving, and warehouse automation applications.
