Motorola's MotoSync+ app, which is required to set up and manage its WiFi routers, has been non-functional for nearly a month since mid-May, effectively bricking the routers for new users and those needing factory resets. The app displays login errors on both iOS and Android platforms, while Motorola has provided no explanation and even removed its routers from its official store, leaving frustrated customers without support or recourse.
