MiMo-v2.5-Pro-UltraSpeed: 1T model with 1000 tokens per second

Xiaomi has released MiMo-V2.5-Pro-UltraSpeed, a 1-trillion-parameter AI model achieving 1000 tokens per second generation speed in collaboration with TileRT, marking the first time this speed milestone has been reached at this scale. The model is available through a limited-time trial (June 9-23, 2026) via application-based access at 3× the cost of the standard MiMo-V2.5-Pro but delivering approximately 10× faster generation speed. This breakthrough speed enables new AI application paradigms including parallel reasoning paths, accelerated code generation, and real-time decision-making in time-critical scenarios.
