Mantine-datatable (and others) compromised – owner account suspended

The GitHub account of Ionut-Cristian (creator of mantine-datatable) was compromised in a supply-chain attack where unauthorized malicious commits were injected into multiple repositories, designed to execute payloads when the code is opened in VS Code, Cursor, or AI coding assistants. The published npm packages remain safe and unaffected; the risk only applies to those cloning the source repositories. The owner's account access was restored and all malicious commits have been removed from affected repositories.
