Maiao: Gerrit-style code review workflow for GitHub, GitLab, Gitea, others

Maiao is a tool that enables Gerrit-style stacked pull request workflows on GitHub, GitLab, Gitea, and other git hosting platforms, automatically creating one PR/MR per commit with proper parent-child dependencies. It simplifies large feature development by breaking code into small, reviewable commits and handles tasks like auto-rebasing when PRs merge and managing fixups through git commit history. The project is now maintained as a community fork after the original maintainers left Adevinta.
