Libreboot 26.10 "Ominous Olive" released with UEFI, Chromebook support

Libreboot 26.10 "Ominous Olive" has been released with major updates including full UEFI support via EDK2 payload and support for 233 Intel/AMD Chromebooks imported from the MrChromebox project. The release implements significant design changes, switching EDK2 as the default payload while providing GRUB/SeaBIOS for backward compatibility, and adds a strong anti-AI policy. All Chromebook additions are source-only in this release and require building from source, with only Baytrail boards currently tested.
