A developer has created a comprehensive virtual museum containing over 1,700 pre-configured operating system installations spanning from 1948 to present day, including rare and historical systems like CTSS, early Unix variants, and obscure research OSes. The project runs on Linux via QEMU, VirtualBox, or UTM with a custom launcher that allows users to explore 570+ distinct operating systems across mainframes, personal computers, workstations, and mobile platforms without needing to manually configure emulators or worry about corrupting installations.
