FUTO Swipe – A new swipe typing model

FUTO launched a dataset collection effort in August 2024 to gather swipe typing data, ultimately collecting over 1 million QWERTY English swipes from voluntary participants. In March 2025, the dataset was released under the MIT license on HuggingFace after filtering out low-quality entries. The data has been used to train and evaluate swipe typing models.
