FreeCAD in the Browser

FreeCAD, a complex parametric 3D CAD application with over 2 million lines of code, has been successfully ported to run in a web browser using WebAssembly technology. The port was completed in approximately 4 days and includes all of FreeCAD's core features—17+ workbenches, embedded Python, and industrial geometry kernels—compiled into a single 196 MB WebAssembly module, though it requires Chromium-based browsers with WebAssembly JSPI support.
