Research shows the commission's cases have surged 40 percent partly due to litigants relying on AI, prompting new requirements from October 20 for applicants to disclose AI use. The dismissed worker plans to appeal using multiple AI agents despite the tribunal's warnings that his case was fundamentally flawed.
