Don't Put Tilde In Your Path
When the tilde (~) character is quoted in PATH assignments (e.g., `export PATH="$PATH:~/.local/bin/"`), it doesn't expand to the home directory as expected; instead, a literal `./~/.local/bin/` directory is created in the current location. To fix this issue, users should replace the tilde with `$HOME` explicitly (e.g., `export PATH="$PATH:$HOME/.local/bin/"`) or use unquoted assignments, and can check for the problem by running `echo "$PATH" | grep -- '~'`.
