Count Binface receives over a quarter of votes in Clacton by-election

Count Binface, a satirical election candidate, received nearly 10,000 votes (26.9%) in the Clacton by-election, his strongest performance to date, though he lost to Reform UK leader Nigel Farage who won 63.3% of the vote. The character, performed by comedian Jon Harvey, has become a fixture in UK elections, previously challenging three prime ministers and one future prime minister in earlier races.
