Conductor Is Joining Meta

Conductor, an AI coding agent tool launched in July 2025, is being acquired by Meta and will be discontinued by early 2027. The service will transition to read-only mode on November 13 and fully shut down on November 20, with Conductor Cloud workspaces able to be transferred to local versions. Meta plans to launch a new product based on Conductor's technology in early 2027, and existing users can export their data before the shutdown deadline.
