Clerky Is Joining Stripe

Clerky, an online legal service platform for startup formation and paperwork, has agreed to join Stripe. Clerky has become the most popular legal service for top startups, with its clients accounting for 23% of Silicon Valley seed/pre-seed financings and having raised over $140 billion in aggregate venture capital. The acquisition will allow Clerky to maintain its current team and mission while leveraging Stripe's resources to expand its product offerings for the startup ecosystem.
