Claude for Commerce Agents

Anthropic has launched a blueprint for building commerce agents using Claude that helps retailers create shopping experiences where customers can search, compare, and purchase items using plain language. Early adopters including Shopify and Priceline have reported significant improvements, with shopping carts 35% larger and purchase completion rates 60% higher. The blueprint includes ready-to-use implementations for shopping and merchant agents across retail, travel, telecom, and ticketing verticals, deployable through Claude's API and major cloud platforms.
