Claude Corps

Anthropic is launching Claude Corps, a $150 million national fellowship program that will place 1,000 early-career fellows with nonprofits across America for year-long, full-time positions to help organizations use AI tools and advance their missions. Fellows will receive $85,000 in salary plus benefits, intensive Claude training, and ongoing mentorship, while host organizations gain access to AI expertise and systems. The program, run in partnership with CodePath and Social Finance, aims to ensure AI's benefits are widely shared during economic disruption and will initially support at least 400 nonprofits.
