Changing How We Develop Ladybird

The Ladybird browser project is ending public pull requests and will only accept code changes from project maintainers to ensure security and accountability as it approaches its first alpha release. The decision stems from AI tools making it easier to generate convincing contributions that obscure the submitter's trustworthiness, creating risks for a browser that processes untrusted internet content. External contributions through other channels like bug reports and design feedback remain welcome, but the project maintains that responsibility for code changes must rest entirely with those who decide what enters the codebase.
