GitHub New pull request overview page in public preview

GitHub has launched a new Overview page for pull requests in public preview that streamlines the experience by moving the merge status and next available actions to the top of the page in a condensed format. The redesigned merge box now uses less than half the previous space while displaying checks, comments, and approvals, and adds features like filtering conversations and sorting comments by newest first. Users can opt-in to test the new overview and provide feedback to help shape the final pull request experience.
