ATProto Permissioned Data Proposal Draft

The Bluesky team has published an initial draft proposal for permissioned data within the ATProto (AT Protocol), a decentralized social media protocol. The proposal is still work-in-progress with details and terminology expected to change, and the team is inviting community feedback through GitHub pull requests and their forum. The implementation includes lexicon drafts available in the atproto repository and has already received significant community engagement with 180 stars and active code reviews.
