Announcing Rust 1.96

Rust 1.96.0 has been released, introducing new Copy-compatible Range types from RFC 3550 that implement IntoIterator instead of Iterator, allowing range objects to be stored in Copy types. The update also adds assert_matches! and debug_assert_matches! macros for improved error diagnostics, and changes WebAssembly targets to treat undefined symbols as linker errors rather than environment imports to catch bugs earlier.
