A Rust-Python thing I am working on. Apache 2 licence

Kevin Chege has developed Nairobi OS, a high-performance Rust-Python infrastructure designed to eliminate inefficiencies in modern data science and AI workflows through zero-copy data pipelines and hardware-native execution. Built on constrained hardware while developing Tumz, a clinical decision support AI system currently undergoing hospital trials in Kenya, the project addresses systemic bottlenecks in Python's memory management, browser communication, and OS kernel scheduling. Released under Apache 2 license, the project represents over 9,000 GitHub contributions in the past year.
