Xenharmlib (music theory library) adds support for Just Intonation

Xenharmlib 0.4.0, a music theory library, has been significantly expanded to support Just Intonation and all regular temperaments, not just equal-division systems. This advancement enables the library to mathematically represent diverse musical traditions including Byzantine, Renaissance, Indian classical, Indonesian gamelan, Arabic Maqam, and experimental American music. The update includes a refactored core architecture, improved documentation, and analytical tools compatible across different temperament systems.
