What's New in Flutter 3.47

Flutter 3.47 introduces the 1.0 release of standalone material_ui and cupertino_ui packages, decoupling design systems from the core SDK to enable faster updates and easier contributions independent of quarterly SDK releases. The update also brings Impeller to desktop by default, prepares pipelines for iOS and macOS, and graduates Flutter Widget Previews to stable, with developers able to migrate using an automated `dart fix` command.
