We Are Forking dotenvy into dotenv-ng

SecretSpec has released dotenv-ng 1.0, a fork of the unmaintained dotenvy library that fixes critical parsing bugs where dollar-prefixed values (like bcrypt hashes) were incorrectly treated as variable substitutions. The new implementation includes a configurable parser that treats literal dollar signs by default, improved error handling, broader key grammar support, and comprehensive test coverage to prevent similar issues in the future.
