Wayfinder Router: deterministic routing of queries between local and hosted LLM

Wayfinder is a local-first model router that intelligently directs queries between local and cloud-based LLMs using deterministic scoring, with native applications for macOS (available now) and iOS/iPadOS (planned). The system keeps routing policies separate from applications, offers OpenAI and Anthropic-compatible endpoints, and prioritizes privacy by performing scoring decisions locally without requiring credentials until after the route is chosen. The production router is built in Rust and can be deployed as a native macOS app, gateway service, or Docker container.
