Vulkan is now available on NetBSD

A developer has successfully brought Vulkan support to NetBSD by building and installing the Lavapipe software driver (Mesa stack) on NetBSD 10.1, with the process fully automated and documented for reproducibility. While the driver itself now builds and registers properly, runtime execution of Vulkan applications is not yet verified as it requires the Vulkan loader component, which is the next development target. Prebuilt binaries are planned to eventually make installation simple rather than requiring multi-hour builds from source.
