tsc-ts: TypeScript written in TypeScript

tsc-ts is an experimental TypeScript compiler written entirely in TypeScript, ported from the TypeScript 7.0.2 compiler (tsgo) and compiled to native code using scriptc. The project provides a command-line tool and API server that can be installed via npm and runs as platform-specific native executables. The compiler's components have been validated against TypeScript's test corpus of approximately 12,500 files to ensure compatibility with the original implementation.
