Towards Company World Models

Beacon proposes developing "Company World Models" (CWMs)—AI systems that go beyond performing individual tasks to make strategic business decisions for portfolio companies by observing operations, proposing improvements, implementing solutions through digital employees, and measuring outcomes. Unlike narrow "Digital Employees" that handle specific tasks, CWMs would serve as AI co-founders capable of diagnosing problems and guiding overall business growth through better decision-making. The company sees CWMs as a more ambitious and less explored technical challenge compared to existing AI agent solutions.
