Thunderbird Littering My Home

The author discovered that Thunderbird has a bug creating an empty ~/thunderbird directory in their home folder each time it starts, likely due to recent XDG changes. To address this issue without waiting for a fix, they created a Fish shell script monitored by a systemd user service that automatically detects and removes the unwanted directory whenever it appears.
