The Foxtrot Network, an organized crime group linked to the Iranian regime, has recruited teenagers across Europe to commit murders for money since 2022, with approximately 35 killings attributed to them. The gang uses social media to recruit vulnerable young people and instructs them through "gamified" methods similar to video games, though most recruits are arrested before receiving payment. European law enforcement has established a specialized taskforce involving 11 countries to combat this "violence-as-a-service" phenomenon.
